Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Sales

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and networking to fill the project pipeline.
• Schedule and run client meetings, present service options, and follow up to convert opportunities.

Proposal & Campaign Support

• Create clear, costed proposals and pitch documents with input from creative and production teams.
• Help tailor campaign ideas and scopes so they match client goals and budgets.

Account Management & Delivery Support

• Maintain client records, track opportunity progress in CRM, and ensure smooth handover to the delivery team.
• Monitor basic project milestones and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 0 years of experience in sales, marketing, or media roles.
• Any diploma or degree is acceptable, with a preference for communication, marketing, or related fields but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client contact and proposal writing.
• Basic familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools to prepare pitches and track leads.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Curiosity and a positive attitude to learn from senior colleagues and client feedback.
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks with clear follow-up.
