Job Summary

You will manage kitchen stations to prepare high-quality food that meets the head chef’s standards, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, and collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional meals and service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare specific food items and meal components at your assigned station to meet quality and presentation standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistent food quality and timely service
• Monitor and ensure all food production, preparation, and presentation comply with hygiene and safety standards
• Assist in daily kitchen operations to support smooth workflow and service delivery
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station to meet sanitation requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork skills to support collaborative kitchen operations
• Multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple food preparation tasks simultaneously
• Commitment to maintaining high food quality standards
• Basic cooking knowledge to perform assigned culinary tasks
