Are you a results-driven leasing professional with a strong network and a passion for creating vibrant commercial spaces? We are looking for an experienced Senior Leasing Manager to drive tenant acquisition, maximize occupancy, and enhance the overall appeal of the commercial property through strategic leasing and exciting promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy rates and maximize rental revenue.
• Identify, approach, negotiate, and secure new tenants in line with the property's leasing objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, F&B operators, lifestyle brands, entertainment operators, and other prospective tenants.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging retail trends and leasing opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase foot traffic and enhance the property's visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to organize events, exhibitions, roadshows, seasonal campaigns, and community engagement activities.
• Source and secure event partners, sponsors, and collaborators to create exciting customer experiences.
• Promote advertising opportunities including billboard, digital signage, pop-up spaces, kiosks, and other promotional areas to generate additional revenue.
• Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, renewals, and tenancy-related matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to improve tenant retention and satisfaction.
• Prepare leasing reports, occupancy analysis, market updates, and revenue forecasts for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of leasing experience within shopping malls, commercial buildings, mixed developments, or retail properties.
• Proven track record in securing new tenants and achieving leasing targets. Strong network with retailers, F&B brands, entertainment operators, and commercial tenants.
• Experience in organizing promotional events, marketing collaborations, roadshows, and strategic partnerships.
• Hands-on experience in promoting billboard, advertising spaces, digital media, kiosks, or event spaces will be highly advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
