Job Summary

You will manage customer service functions by coordinating order entries, shipment logistics, and payment follow-ups, collaborating across sales, planning, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with customers, distributors, and third parties to resolve customer service issues effectively
• Enter and update sales orders using Oracle, verifying pricing, delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate sales order records
• Collaborate with the Sales team to support order processing and customer needs
• Coordinate with the Planning team to escalate and prioritize orders to maximize shipment efficiency using JDE planning system
• Work with the Finance team to resolve payment issues and follow up on payment and credit releases
• Liaise with the Logistics team to coordinate shipments and resolve shipment-related issues
• Utilize CRM databases to track customer interactions and order status
• Communicate regularly with client teams in the USA and regional Sales offices via email, telephone, and fax to ensure alignment and timely updates

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in Oracle for order entry and sales order management
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service orientation with effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of electronics industry background
• 1 to 3 years of customer service and order entry experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
