Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full Set of Accounts
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately and within the required deadlines.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow reports.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Support financial analysis and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes.
3. Audit & Compliance
- Assist with internal and external audits by preparing supporting documents and responding to audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
4. Client & General Support
- Respond to client enquiries and maintain professional relationships.
- Assist with finance-related projects, process improvements, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
