We are looking for a passionate and versatile Sustainable Retail & Visual Associate to join our team. If you love styling spaces, interacting with people, and care deeply about the planet, this is the perfect role for you.
Job Purpose:
In this dual role, you will be the face of our brand. You will create inviting, eco-friendly store displays that tell our sustainability story, maintain a flawless store environment, and provide warm, attentive customer service to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising & Sustainability Presentation
Design & Setup: Create, install, and update attractive store displays and window setups that capture the attention of shoppers.
Eco-Friendly Styling: Incorporate sustainable, recycled, or reusable materials into props, signage, and product arrangements.
Green Storytelling: Use creative signage to educate customers on our eco-friendly products and sustainable initiatives.
Inventory Rotation: Strategically feature and spotlight new or green product lines at eye level and in high-traffic zones.
Customer Service & Floor Operations
Customer Care: Greet shoppers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide personalized product recommendations to drive sales.
Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, organized, and perfectly tidy retail floor to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
Stock Management: Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and ensure accurate price tagging.
Point of Sale: Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or visual merchandising (passionate fresh graduates are welcome).
Creative Eye: A strong sense of style, color coordination, and spatial layout.Eco-Conscious Mindset: A genuine interest in sustainability and green living.
Soft Skills: Friendly, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
Physical Ability: Able to stand for extended periods and comfortably lift or move display fixtures and stock boxes.
Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and good spoken English
