RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee day-to-day electrical and mechanical maintenance across the hotel, including HVAC, plumbing, boilers, generators, and uninterruptible power supply systems.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) for guest rooms and public areas, and log work orders accurately.
- Perform routine inspections of plant rooms and report any equipment defects or deficiencies to the Chief Engineer.
- Monitor energy consumption, spare parts inventory, PPE usage, and maintenance contractor performance.
- Ensuring high-quality work, proper safety protocols, and clean work areas.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, fire safety codes, and environmental standards.
REQUIREMENTS - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hotel or building facilities maintenance.
- Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or above.
- Holder of Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
- Knowledge of general repairs (doors, locks, furniture) and basic MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, problem-solving, and cross-departmental coordination skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise sound independent judgment and decision-making abilities during overnight shifts, be responsible, and capable of working under pressure.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
