Job Summary

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets while managing store operations, customer relations, and sales processes to drive business growth and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets through effective motivation and incentives
• Monitor and evaluate sales team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a well-organized, welcoming environment for customers
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and repeat business
• Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Participate actively in sales meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge
• Ensure the store is consistently stocked with company products to meet customer demand
• Act as Sales Manager during absences or emergencies, managing all related responsibilities
• Consolidate, analyze, and report daily sales activities and expenses to management for informed decision-making
• Assist in the sales process by recommending and displaying products that meet customer needs
• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and current sales promotions to inform customers
• Track and summarize sales expenses for reimbursement processing
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the company database
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the director

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Skills in building high-performance sales teams
• Proven ability to drive sales growth
• Experience in sales promotion and store management
• Proficiency in updating customer records
