Key Responsibilities:

• handle emails, phone calls and general enquiries daily
• perform billing administration and customer service
• ensure invoices are in order and billed correctly
• verification proof of delivery documents
• assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
• prepare aging report, invoices, scanning, purchase order and other documents
• attend to inquires from customers
• assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by team management
• coverage for absences
• weekly and monthly bank aging
• investigate and resolve queries payment
• update listing supermarket missing invoices
• support sales team in all sales related matter
• coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal schedules
• liaise with internal departments, customer, supplier and external parties when necessary
• assist management and different departments with administrative tasks and follow-up matter
• ensure documents and administrative process are completed accurately on time
