Prepare and update 3D BIM models for building/construction projects.

Develop architectural, structural and MEP models based on drawings and project requirements.

Review drawings and identify clashes, discrepancies and coordination issues.

Perform BIM coordination between architectural, structural and MEP disciplines.

Extract drawings, layouts, schedules and relevant information from BIM models.

Maintain BIM models, project files and document revisions.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and site teams.

Support project teams with BIM-related technical information.

Follow project BIM standards, modelling procedures and document-control requirements.

Attend coordination meetings and update models based on approved changes.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, Architecture, BIM or related field.

BCA qualification can be relevant depending on the actual course content.

Knowledge of Autodesk Revit is highly preferred.

Knowledge of AutoCAD.

Understanding of architectural/structural/MEP drawings.

Basic knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work with architects, engineers and contractors.
