We are a growing GP clinic committed to providing accessible, professional, and patient-centred healthcare services to the community. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the clinic’s branding, patient education, digital marketing, and promotional activities across multiple platforms.

* Monthly health awareness infographics (e.g., World Diabetes Day, Hypertension Month)

* Clinic Branding & Marketing Collateral

* Social media templates (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok post frameworks)

* Promotional banners for health screening packages (e.g., Merdeka promos and Year-End health checks)

* Patient testimonial graphics and review milestone posts

* Internal & Patient-Facing Operations

* Digital and print signage (operating hours, queue numbers, and department directories)

* Staff ID badges, name tags, and uniform branding elements

* Professional internal templates (memo designs, official letterheads, and prescription pad layouts)

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and promotional materials, including posters, banners, brochures, flyers, buntings, and clinic signage.
• Create digital content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and clinic website).
• Develop patient education materials such as health infographics, screening reminders, vaccination campaigns, and wellness content.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with the clinic’s brand identity, colours, fonts, and communication standards.
• Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and management to produce accurate and engaging healthcare communication materials.
• Edit and retouch photos for marketing and educational use.
• Prepare artwork for print production and liaise with external printers or vendors when required.
• Assist in video editing, motion graphics, or short promotional videos for social media campaigns.
• Maintain an organized library of design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media trends, and healthcare communication best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of graphic design experience (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an advantage.
• Strong typography, layout, colour, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling healthcare-related information.
• Basic photography or videography skills are an advantage.
• Interest in healthcare, wellness, or patient education.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
