Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate will have a minimum of 3 Years of experience in designing, programming and implementing robotic automation system, with expertise in PLC Programming and AMR/AGV systems. As an automation robotic engineer, he/she will be responsible for developing and optimizing robotic solutions to improve manufacturing process, increase efficiency, and enhance overall productivity

• Design, develop, and implement robotic automation systems to meet project objectives and specifications.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial robots, including robotic arms, grippers, sensors, and vision systems.
• Proficient in PLC programming for automation control systems, including ladder logic programming and HMI interface design.
• Design and integrate AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems for material handling and logistics applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the technical and economic viability of automation projects.
• Optimize robot performance through continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on robotic systems operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the design and implementation of robotic automation systems
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology, PLC programming, and AMR/AGV systems

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Robotics Automation, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, programming, and implementing robotic automation systems.
• Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text.
• Hands-on experience with industrial robotic systems, such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Universal Robots.
• Experience in designing and integrating AMR and AGV systems is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation technologies is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
