Your new role

As a Recruitment Coordinator Intern, you will provide administrative and coordination support throughout the recruitment process, including candidate follow-up activities. This role offers the opportunity to develop practical knowledge of recruitment processes, systems, and service standards while working under the guidance of an experienced team.

Key result areas

1. Recruitment Coordination Support

• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate updates, document collection and basic recruitment coordination tasks.
• Support onboarding and compliance administration by following checklists and instructions provided by the team.

2. Candidate Communication

• Help arrange interviews and follow up with candidates where required.
• Communicate with candidates in a clear, polite and professional manner.
• Escalate questions or issues to the relevant team member when needed.

3. Team Support & Collaboration

• Work closely with the recruitment coordination, sourcing and onsite teams to support daily tasks.
• Follow guidance, ask questions and show willingness to learn.
• Follow company Health & Safety policies and report any incidents, hazards or concerns to the relevant team member or manager.

A degree or prior working experience is required. Some knowledge of design tools for content creation would be helpful. Ideally, you would pride yourself on the following qualities:

• Willingness to learn
• Clear communication and professional attitude.
• Good attention to detail and basic organization skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
