Role Description The Manager role at KETENGAH is a full-time, on-site position based in Dungun. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient delivery of business supplies and equipment, and coordinate workflows across teams. Responsibilities include supervising staff, setting performance goals, monitoring key operational metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves managing customer relationships, handling escalations, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve service quality and operational processes. The Manager will also contribute to budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting to senior leadership.
