Job Summary

The Compliance Executive supports the Assistant Compliance Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to drive quality assurance, audits, compliance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities


Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the QMS.
Ensure compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update SOPs and Work Instructions.
Conduct audits, inspections, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to operational standards.
Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements.
Investigate service gaps, complaints, and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate external audits and track closure of audit findings.
Prepare compliance, audit, and management reports.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on quality and compliance matters.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and operational reviews.
Supervise and mentor Quality Executives in daily compliance activities.
Support crisis management activities and ensure compliance with workplace safety, security, and health requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements


Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management, preferably in the airline, aviation, cargo, or related industry.
Auditing experience; certification body audit exposure is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, compliance standards, and continuous improvement practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
