Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and providing detailed information about daily specials, menu items, and wine selections.

Take orders accurately and manage special dietary requests with sensitivity.

Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that presentation and quality meet our high standards.

Build rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience, offering wine recommendations when appropriate.

Process payments and maintain a clean and organized dining area.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or wine-focused establishment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage positively with guests.

Knowledge of wine and willingness to learn more about wine pairings and selections.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and quality service.

A team player with a professional appearance and demeanor.
