Start Your Day Before the City Wakes – Join Us as a Retail Baker
While most of Singapore is still asleep, our ovens are already at work.
At Tiong Bahru Bakery, mornings begin at 6:30am—with trays of laminated dough, the scent of butter in the air, and a team focused on getting every bake just right. We’re looking for Retail Bakers who already have a foundation in baking and are ready to sharpen their craft in a professional setting.
Whether you’ve been baking at home, trained in school, or picked things up on the job, this is where you take it further.

What You’ll Be Baking Up
Shape, proof, and bake our signature pastries — from croissants and kouign amann to shio pan and seasonal specials
Execute daily bakes with consistency, precision, and pride
Support core production processes: scaling, mixing, laminating, and finishing
Uphold quality and food safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment
Who We’re Looking For
You have some hands-on baking experience — home baking, culinary training, or F&B experience
Comfortable with early starts (6:30am) and the pace of a morning production cycle
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a team
Passionate about pastries and serious about improving your skills
