Job Responsibilities:
Survey and understand the market trends, customer demands and competitor’s directions in analytical instruments domain especially for pharmaceutical, food and clinical market. This survey should be done globally.
Define the product roadmap with 3-5 years for the Shimadzu global software products according to the above survey and the global business strategies.
Translate the product roadmap into specific product plans and concrete strategies.
The above activities should be carried out in cooperation with the informatics department in Shimadzu corporation Japan.
The information and discussion regarding the activities should be disclosed and be involved to Shimadzu group companies worldwide. Communicate with informatics key persons in all subsidiaries to achieve this.
Develop and execute a software development plan to be driven in Asia pacific region.
Activate a new software development organization to provide the global software products.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Informatics/Software, Chemistry or Bioscience.
At least 3 years of experience in business or development on Analytical data management.
Proven leadership in a diverse environment
Proven excellent communication skills with customers, partners, and Shimadzu group members
Good presentation skills and to convince relevant persons.
Good knowledge of Analytical data management.
Ability to work collaboratively between variety stakeholders in diverse environment.
Ability to speak and write Japanese
