We are seeking a Pre-sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance, support, and solutions to our customers in the cloud and container platform area. You will also work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement solutions to improve our offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out technical exchanges and cooperation with partners.
• Collect and sort out the needs of the client and the market, and provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
• Cooperate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, provide solutions and pre-sales technical support. Responsible for the preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials, help customers solve technical problems, become a technical communication bridge between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Internet and IT related companies is preferred.
• Experience in maintenance of medium, operation, pre-sales, and R&D is preferred.
• It’s better to be familiar with the mainstream technology and related company products in the cloud computing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
