Electrical Quantity Surveyor - (Involve in tender/ bid/ quotation) with minimum 4 years’ experience in local environment.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the full suite of Electrical Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors, particularly for M&E disciplines.

Attend site briefing during pre-tender & tender interview during post tender.

Contract / Sub Contract administration, preparation of progress claims, variation orders, verifying subcontractor / suppliers claims.

Compile photos, inspection forms and all relevant documents required for VOs attachment.

Assist PE and PM for all work as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 4 years of work experience as an Electrical QS.

Proficient technical knowledge - measurement, cost estimating, construction technology, contracts and law.

Understand and be competent with professional practice and contract administration processes.

Positive working attitude and a team player.

Good time management, multitasking and stress management skills to be able to ensure that tasks get completed on time.
