The Sales Admin supports the Sales Department through sales data preparation, reporting, administrative coordination, and day-to-day operational support. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and service providers.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and reports
• Compile and consolidate sales data for management review
• Maintain accurate sales records, databases, and tracking sheets
• Assist in monitoring sales performance, targets, revenue, and key metrics
• Prepare sales summaries, presentations, and reports as required
• Perform data entry and ensure sales information is accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and verify sales data
• Assist in event preparation, coordination and execution.
• Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and service appointments
• Manage office supplies, including purchasing, inventory, and distribution\
• Provide general administrative and ad-hoc support to the Sales Department
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Administration, Finance, or other field..
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, finance, operations, or a related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  
  

Working Hour: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am to 1.00pm
