Description

  • Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Execute tests and document results, identifying defects and issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality throughout the development process.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on quality and usability.
  • Utilize automated testing tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing efforts.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in testing methodologies and tools; knowledge of automation frameworks is a plus.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Strong analytical skills to understand complex software systems.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with flexibility for remote work.
