Responsibilities:
- Provide process engineering support to automated and manual assembly lines for RF/Microwave products

Analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving product quality issue related to process

Resolving process problems with incoming material/parts or machine issues to improve process yield

Bringing all process to meet process quality requirement
- Responsible for all quality documentation as required for the manufacturing process

Identify and initiate value engineering cost reduction activities and lead continuous improvement projects

Reorganize processes to improve the productivity of assembly lines
- Redesigning the jig and fixture/tooling to improve process and eliminate sources of repetitive motion injury (RMI) problems
- Reviewing and revising process/machine parameter setting to improve process yield
- Involving in new process technology exploration and innovation

Works on manufacturing engineering assignments with broadly defined objectives
- Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
- Participate in new product transfer and outsourcing project
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Material, Chemical) or related discipline

At least 2-4 years working experience in related field

Experience and knowledgeable in Dispensing, Pick-and-Place, Bonding, Soldering or Cleaning will be added advantages
