Job Summary

Join KLIVE Asia’s expanding event operations team to manage end-to-end event production and operations. You will coordinate teams, vendors, and logistics across regions to deliver seamless, high-quality events while managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

Manage event operations from planning through execution, ensuring all operational plans and schedules are delivered on time and to standard

Develop and monitor event budgets to control costs and ensure financial efficiency

Coordinate with vendors and logistics agencies to secure timely delivery of all event components

Supervise production stages including fabrication and on-site set-up to guarantee quality and functionality

Brief and lead cross-cultural teams across countries to align efforts and meet event objectives

Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflows

Adapt to flexible working hours and regional travel requirements to support event demands

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Prior experience in the events industry is a significant advantage
