About the Role
Join Sin Kian Wah, a trusted heavy commercial vehicle service provider, as a Admin Executive (Workshop)
You’ll coordinate between customers, mechanics and the workshop team to keep repair jobs running smoothly.

️ Workshop-based role
Occasional coordination of vehicle breakdowns outside regular working hours may be required
What You'll Do
Schedule and coordinate vehicle repair jobs
Attend to customer enquiries and provide job updates
Coordinate with mechanics on repair progress
Prepare quotations, invoices, DOs and POs
Update job and service records
Check and record spare parts used
Pick parts for the workshop when required
Coordinate vehicle breakdown repairs when needed
Handle other duties assigned by the Workshop Manager
Requirements
Able to communicate in Mandarin with Mandarin-speaking customers
Computer literate
Organised and responsible
Able to work independently
Willing to learn
Workshop, automotive, admin or customer service experience is an advantage
