岗位职责

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive integrated marketing strategies (online & offline) to increase brand awareness and market share.

  • Digital Marketing & Growth: Manage performance marketing channels (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email, Paid Ads) to optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and conversion rates.

  • Brand & Content Management: Oversee brand messaging, product launch campaigns, PR activities, and offline corporate events/exhibitions.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, reach), leveraging data-driven insights to refine campaigns and budget allocation.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing efforts with core business objectives.
