The Role

• Drive business development and marketing initiatives to grow the client base and strengthen the commercial pipeline
• Conduct market intelligence research to identify opportunities and shape commercial strategy
• Prepare client presentations and commercial proposals, collaborating with operations and finance teams to align on pricing and contractual terms
• Develop and submit tenders in line with internal approval frameworks
• Lead contract kick-off meetings with operations teams and ensure all contractual obligations are clearly communicated
• Maintain regular client engagement to ensure satisfaction and manage delivery and contractual risks
• Liaise with finance on billing and collections to keep activity on track against schedule
• Prepare KPI reports, monthly utilisation analyses, and maintain accurate records to support team performance and knowledge sharing
