Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Coordinate clinic administrative activities, staff schedules and daily operations.
• Supervise and support clinic staff to ensure proper work performance and service standards.
• Manage appointments, patient enquiries and general customer service matters.
• Monitor inventory, clinic supplies and liaise with suppliers when required.
• Handle administrative records, reports, billing and other operational documentation.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining clinic policies, procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate with management and staff to resolve operational issues and improve clinic efficiency.
• Ensure the clinic complies with relevant workplace, health and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in clinic, healthcare or service operations.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Good problem-solving and team management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative software.
• Candidates with relevant clinic management experience will be preferred.
