Provider Onboarding Executive

ReserveDaily is a growing health and wellness marketplace connecting customers with clinics, doctors, healthcare practitioners, wellness centres and health service providers.

We are looking for a Provider Onboarding Executive to join our team and help grow our network of healthcare and wellness providers across Malaysia.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying, contacting and onboarding healthcare and wellness providers onto ReserveDaily, while ensuring their profiles, services and information are complete and ready for customers to book.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clinics, doctors, healthcare practitioners, wellness centres and other providers
• Introduce ReserveDaily and explain our provider partnership model
• Follow up with potential providers and manage the onboarding process
• Collect company, provider, licence and service information
• Coordinate verification of licences, credentials and required documentation
• Create and maintain provider profiles on the ReserveDaily platform
• Upload services, packages, pricing, availability and relevant information
• Ensure listings are accurate, complete and customer-friendly
• Guide providers through the booking platform and onboarding process
• Follow up until providers are fully activated and ready to receive bookings
• Maintain good relationships with existing healthcare and wellness partners
• Assist providers with basic platform, listing and booking-related issues
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and follow-up status
• Work with the internal team to resolve provider issues and improve onboarding processes

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with doctors, clinic owners, healthcare professionals and business owners
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple follow-ups
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
• Good attention to detail when handling provider information and documents
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Google Drive and online platforms
• Sales, business development, account management or clinic operations experience is an advantage
• Healthcare, medical, wellness or hospitality industry experience is an advantage
• English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and organisational skills are welcome to apply

Healthcare experience is not mandatory. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, organised, persistent with follow-ups and able to build professional relationships.
