Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and platform solutions based on business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and engineers, to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
Participate in the implementation of application enhancements, system integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks to ensure system reliability.
Support code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes while adhering to engineering standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and operational procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and technologies.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to support innovation and engineering excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience in software development, application engineering, platform engineering, or a related technical role.
Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and system integration concepts.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or similar technologies.
Understanding of relational databases, APIs, and cloud-based technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Relevant technical certifications are advantageous.
