We are seeking a Business Developer / Business Manager to join our IT services team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals, while collaborating with our recruitment team to deliver the full suite of solutions to clients; this position offers the autonomy to drive your success and the support needed to excel in a competitive and rewarding environment

Job Duties

• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and successfully closing contracts.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across target sectors, leveraging expertise in delivering tailored solutions and services.
• Hunting for new logos
• Qualify client requirements and provide tailored IT contracting solutions to address their challenges effectively.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to source and place candidates that meet client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Responsible for the overall business unit P&L.
• Frequently follow up with consultants and take part in engagement initiatives with consultants and clients

Technical skills

• Minimum 3+ years in sales, preferably in the government sector / IT Services/recruitment firms/ Consulting firms / System Integrators, with demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Good grasp of the technology market and tech recruitment processes.
• Hunter mindset is a must for this role.
• Identifying and targeting potential clients through market research and networking.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment
• Preferable skill if someone has the experience in handling government contracts / tender proposals within the contracting space is desirable.
