• To coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• To break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
• To liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• To assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
• To ensure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
• To prepare quotations and budgets.
• To analyse risks and opportunities.
• To oversee project procurement management.
• To monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• To be the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
• To use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
• To review and issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
• To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• To ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
