Job Scope:

• To manage, improve and monitor process yield and quality.
• To liaise and support various departments of the organization to acquire information needed for project completion/customer enquiry.
• To prepare 8D and improvement reports.
• To provide monthly quality improvement report to customers.
• Update FMEA, control plan and work instructions.
• To provide disposotion of on-hold reel and investigate the cause.
• To follow up on daily line manufacturing activities and provide solution for any process issue that may arise.
• Perform on-site visit and verification at customer plan to resolve quality issue.
