Job Responsibilities :

• To prepare and operate manual & semi-auto machines e.g. milling & grinding machines and CNC machines e.g. CNC multi-axis, Wire Cut & EDM machines.To set up machines to complete full cycles to fabricate large number of parts.

• To perform manual tapping and buffing of parts if required.

• To understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading work instruction, engineering drawings etc.

• To prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.

• To monitor the machines while works in progress and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.

• To inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements using proper inspection tools to determine if the process has been completed properly.

• To check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.

• To maintain proper housekeeping at all times in workstations.

• To carry out inspection and packing of products assigned by Supervisor.

• To highlight to Supervisor when suspected defective parts are being produced.

• To perform any other duties assigned by supervisor or manager from time to time.

Requirements：

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a machinist or technician, preferably in a similar manufacturing environment

• Possess some knowledge in CNC machining, EDM, Wire Cut, Grinding or Milling are added advantage

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
