Job Description

• To attend client consultant and site project meetings.
• To prepare Mechanical services design, tender documents and cost estimates.
• To perform tender evaluation and prepare tender evaluation reports.
• Review shop drawings and construction material submissions for compliance to specifications.
• Administer Mechanical Engineering works contract of building services.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.

Job Specification

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a BEM recognized University.
• A minimum 2 years of the relevant experience in design and site installation of air-conditioning & mechanical ventilation system, fire-fighting system, water plumbing & sanitary system, lift system, compressed air system, building management system, liquified petroleum gas system and etc.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and Engineering Design software will be an added advantage.
• Experience in M&E consulting engineering company will be preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Must be willing to work in outstation, whenever required
• Location: Mid Valley
