With our headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, we are seeking a highly motivated and skilled

BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architecture Technician to join our dynamic team. As a BIM Technician, you will play a crucial role in the implementation and management of BIM processes throughout various stages of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will include creating, modifying, and managing digital models and databases using BIM software, collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and standards.
• Provide technical support to project team members on BIM software and processes.
• Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practices related to BIM technology and implementation.
• Other tasks assigned by the Project Architect and Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Proven experience working with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar programs.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to building design and construction.
• Certification in BIM technology or related field is a plus.
