Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell dental products to dental clinics and other customers within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and identify new sales opportunities.
• Introduce and demonstrate products, including explaining product features, benefits, and applications.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Provide after-sales support and assist customers with product-related enquiries.
• Develop new accounts while maintaining and growing sales from existing customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets and other KPIs set by the management.
• Participate in dental exhibitions, workshops, product demonstrations, and company events when required.
• Travel to outstation areas for customer visits, exhibitions, and other sales activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales or a related role. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and target-driven.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision while also being a good team player.
• Good time management and ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel locally and outstation when required.
• Willing to support exhibitions, workshops, and company events that may occasionally take place on weekends or public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
