About Us

We are a Singapore-based technology company building blockchain and AI products. We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable part-time Office Administration Executive to support our office running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Keep employee files and supplier contracts organised and up to date.
• Collect expense claims, allowances, leave records and supporting documents for monthly review.
• Support simple recruitment administration, such as posting jobs, screening resumes and arranging interviews.
• Assist with general HR paperwork and filing.
• Help manage office supplies, meeting rooms, visitors, couriers and basic office coordination.
• Support team meetings, events and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in office administration, HR administration, recruitment coordination or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin are required.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle confidential documents responsibly.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
