Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Admin/HR Assistant to support operations and HR functions, ideal for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in administration and HR across Singapore.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate workforce records and track employee training needs to support compliance and development
Manage procurement processes for materials and office supplies to ensure timely availability
Collect and organize materials required for various projects to support smooth execution
Coordinate with multiple project sites to facilitate seamless operational workflows
Oversee general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe office environment
Assist with HR documentation and compliance tasks to support staff administration
Support the preparation and submission of work permit applications and related processes
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel to manage data and generate reports
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders
Organizational skills to reliably multitask and manage priorities
