岗位职责

We are a food manufacturing company looking for a full-time accountant with a degree in accounting, at least 3 to 7 years of experience as an accountant, and experience using accounting software.

Job scope

  • Assist with recording daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring data integrity.
  • Required to handle a full set of accounts, including data entry
  • Support in processing invoices, payments, and collections; manage reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Assist the Accounts receivable and Accounts payable functions
  • Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.
  • Prepare quarterly GST filing
  • Involve in quarterly stock count
  • Liaise with external auditors. Preparation of a full set of accounts, including audit schedules, and assist in preparing financial statements, monthly closing processes, and providing data for audits.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
