Full job description
We are seeking candidates who have customer service experience or are results-driven in this role. Candidates will be in charge of setting up appointments for our consultant using leads and scripts provided.

Training will be provided, role play on the script, and how to handle objections.

Job Description :

Min 4 hours per day (Between 11AM -9PM )


Monday - Saturday ( Min 4 days per week)

Work from home / Office

Leads Provided, { name, contact, email }

For the first week there will be training provided in office .

Job Requirements.

Friendly

Being able to converse in English & Mandarin will be an advantage

Self Motivated

Good communication skills (Can be trained)

Able to address objections and concerns raised Be Clear and persuasive (Can be trained)

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. (Can be trained)

Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers who expressed interest but have yet to make an immediate decision. (Can be trained)

Ensure compliance with relevant telemarketing regulations and guidelines, such as "Do Not Call" lists and data protection laws.

Job Type: Part-time / Full Time

Initial Pay: $10.00 per hour

After Confirmation : $12 - $15 per hour
