We are looking for an experienced Planning Analyst to join our team in Penang. If you have strong expertise in supply planning, inventory management, and demand planning within a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the Global Supply Plan (GSP) to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory levels and production capacity.

Manage build planning and order management activities.

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Procurement teams to align demand forecasts with production capabilities and material availability.

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Create accurate and actionable supply plans using advanced planning tools and methodologies.

Monitor supply chain KPIs and recommend corrective actions.

Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings, providing supply chain insights and recommendations.

Manage inventory across multiple locations, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing obsolescence.

Support continuous process improvements to enhance planning efficiency.

Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to management.

Requirements:

4–7 years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Demand Planning.

Experience in Global Supply Planning (GSP), Build Planning, and Order Management.

Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Operations.

Experience participating in S&OP processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
