Job Title: Sales Executive (Tiles & Surface Materials)
Job Hours: 5 Days, 9am to 6pm
Job Location: Tai Seng

The Opportunity:

• Join an established Singapore supplier of premium tiles, marble, granite and surface materials for Changi Airport terminals and Grab Headquarters
• Work with homeowners, interior designers, renovation contractors, architects and property developers
• Manage both showroom enquiries and project-based sales opportunities
• Gain exposure to residential renovations and large-scale commercial developments
• Build long-term client relationships while developing practical knowledge of interior and architectural surface materials

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to showroom, telephone, online and project sales enquiries
• Understand customers' design, application, budget, quantity and project requirements
• Recommend suitable tiles, marble, granite, slabs and other surface materials based on customer and project needs
• Advise customers on product options including size, colour, finish, application and other relevant specifications
• Prepare quotations and follow up actively on sales opportunities
• Develop new business opportunities with interior designers, renovation contractors, architects, developers and other industry partners
• Provide professional after-sales support and resolve customer enquiries promptly

Job Requirements:

• Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Relevant experience in sales, account management, business development or customer-facing roles will be advantageous
• Experience in tiles, marble, granite, flooring, sanitaryware, building materials, architectural products, interior furnishing or renovation-related industries will be strongly advantageous
• Candidates from other B2B or project-sales backgrounds with a strong willingness to learn may also be considered
• Strong interest in interior materials, design and the built environment
• Proactive in following up enquiries and developing new sales opportunities
• Self-motivated, commercially driven and comfortable working towards sales targets
