Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students and visitors at our centres. This role involves providing a welcoming environment, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting centre operations. Candidates who are available on weekends are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

• Greet and welcome students, visitors, and staff warmly.
• Answer and direct phone calls appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Visitor Assistance:

• Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and information about training programs.
• Register new students and provide relevant materials and information.
• Maintain accurate visitor sign-in and sign-out records.

Administrative Support:

• Perform light administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
• Support the coordination of training sessions and events.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Schedule Management:

• Manage class and event schedules, including timings, breaks, and any special events.
• Communicate schedule changes to relevant staff and students.

Customer Service:

• Respond to inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
• Resolve minor issues or escalate them to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

• Available to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, responsible, and customer-focused.
• Prior experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
