Role Description The Assistant Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including supervising receiving, storing, and dispatching batteries and related products. The Assistant Warehouse Manager helps maintain accurate stock records, oversees inventory checks, and ensures proper handling and placement of goods. The role includes coordinating with logistics and sales teams, monitoring workflow and safety practices, and assisting in implementing operational procedures and improvements. The individual will also support training of warehouse staff, ensure equipment is used safely, and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized warehouse env

• Candidates should possess skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control to ensure accurate stock levels and documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Operations Management to support efficient warehouse processes and resource use.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and safe handling of warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a warehouse team, with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred; prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work on-site full time in WP. Kuala Lumpur and meet physical requirements of warehouse work.
