Job Scope:

• Check for any items left behind by the guest
• Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, landscaping, and site cleanliness
• Assist the cleaning/housekeeping team with tasks such as cleaning the property area, toilet, and rooms
• Re-check the unit's condition after the cleaning is completed
• Inspect the linen to ensure cleanliness (no stains, etc.) after the unit is ready
• After resting, ensure staff continue with any remaining tasks
• Organize and arrange linen, clean the vacuum cleaner
• Check the stock of soap, cleaning supplies, and other related items
• Assist in guest-related issues or complaints, ensuring prompt and professional resolution
• Conduct regular inspections of property, facilities, and public areas to ensure safety and quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of operational/management experience, having supervisory experience in hospitality, homestay, or hotel will be an advantage
• Basic in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Knowledge in Excel, Words and other computer skills
• Possess a valid driving licence and able to drive a Hilux car
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
