Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role is based in Singapore. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their technical and operational needs related to pressure safety valves and propose suitable solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, supporting sales proposals, and coordinating product demonstrations and site visits. The role involves providing technical support before and after sales, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth handover to maintenance and service teams. The Sales Engineer will also collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and propose appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including building relationships, managing accounts, and following up on opportunities.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in industrial equipment, valves, or mechanical engineering is advantageous.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently on-site, manage multiple projects, and travel to customer locations as needed.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn about pressure safety valve technologies and standards.
