Your new company

You will be working with a leading investment company who undertakes and transacts various kinds of investment business.

Your new role

• Assist with office errands and other ad-hoc duties as required.
• Provide chauffeur service to Management.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, well maintained and meets all safety requirements.
• Schedule regular car servicing appointments and report any issues.
• Have good knowledge on the routes in Singapore and familiarity with GPS app / devices.
• Performing any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must possess Class 3 Driving license with good driving record
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English in order to communicate with bilingual stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and organizational skill, be self-motivated, flexible, collaborative and proactive.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
• Willingness and ability to assume new tasks and responsibilities.
