Job Description

• Quality & Parts Inspection: Carry out parts inspection according to Quality Inspection Standards to ensure all mechanical components meet specification.
• Process & Delivery Monitoring: Monitor lot movement to ensure cycle times and on-time delivery requirements are consistently met.
• Quality Standards & Operations: Control and manage department operations to align with overall Quality & Procedures guidelines.
• QC Awareness: Instill quality awareness across the workforce.
• Management Support: Plan, organize, lead, monitor, review, and assist the Manager in executing quality control measures.
• ISO Audit Compliance: Assist management in fulfilling all requirements necessary to maintain ISO 9001:2015 standards during external surveillance or re-certification audits.
• Communication & Ad-Hoc Duties: Disseminate information clearly and effectively between top management and lower levels (and vice versa), while performing other assigned tasks as required.

Requirement

• SPM, Diploma, Degree, or relevant experience Mechanical field.
• Limited experience and up to 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing or QC Role.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills.
• Knowledge in root cause analysis tools is an advantages.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
