• Manage customer’s feedback & enquiries(phone/email) in a professional manner.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers.
• Following up with customers
• Assist with administrative duties.
• May require responding to customer after office hours & weekends.
• make food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Recommend menu items based on customer preferences.
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage, hospitality, or customer service industry is an advantage.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage data, prepare reports, use formulas and functions, and maintain accurate records efficiently.
